This radio is produced by NSF in The Netherlands in 1945-1946 under a Philips license and is electrically equivalent to the Philips model 208U.

The Cabinet is removed. It was made of different material ( is wood, whereas the original 208U is constructed from bakelite).

Radio van net na de oorlog. 
Minimum aan hout werd toegepast: Er waren weinig voorraden. 

1946: Aan alles was een gebrek, hout in het bijzonder. Daardoor ontstond dit bijzondere model  BX360 , een radio vrijwel zonder kast. 
Een grote houten frontplaat met daarachter de radio-electronica, in karton omvat. 
Het herinnerde de eigenaren vaak aan de crisis na de oorlog, waardoor de meesten eenvoudigweg zijn weggegooid. Daardoor is dit een zeer zeldzaam model geworden. 
Bijnaam: de Klaagmuur.

Philips radio H208u

The south of our country, including the Philips plants, was liberated from German occupation by the end of the Second World War, in September 1944. 
All through the occupation, Philips engineers had hidden some stock of radio-parts from the Germans in the Philips plant's attics, and they were able to construct a transmitter within weeks:

`Herrijzend Nederland' aired in October 1944. 
Radio production was started almost immediately, and the 208U was the first post-war model. Nowadays many collectors wouldn't hesitate to shed blood for a 208U with `Herrijzend Nederland' on the dial. The radio in this picture however was not in the first production run, and it doesn't list `Herrijzend Nederland'.
